Associate Financial Intelligence Architect

London / New YorkFull-timeAdvisory, associate$95,000 to $135,000 base

Our entry point. Associate Financial Intelligence Architects support the firm's engagements and research, learning the craft on real work from the first week. The role leans toward the strategy and architecture side: data, research, and where AI actually adds edge.

Caldworth is a founding-stage firm, and this is a founding-team role. The salary below is the cash side. Founding members also help shape the firm and share in how it is built, including its ownership.

The role

You will work alongside Investment AI Strategists and Financial Intelligence Architects on live engagements, doing the analysis, modelling and research that the firm's recommendations rest on. You will see how investment firms really make decisions, and how AI is changing them.

What you will do

What we look for

CFIA charterholders are strongly preferred. Candidates who do not hold the CFIA may be expected to obtain it within 12 months. The Chartered Financial Intelligence Architect (CFIA), administered by the ICFDT, is the chartered designation for AI in investment management, spanning strategy, data and architecture, alpha and governance. Caldworth uses the CFIA body of knowledge as a professional baseline for advisory work involving AI strategy, data architecture, alpha research, and governance in investment management.

Why Caldworth

You will learn AI in investment management from people who do it for a living, on real engagements, from your first week. For the right person it is the fastest way into the field.

Compensation

$95,000 to $135,000 base, plus a performance bonus. London roles are paid in pounds at comparable levels.
